cancellation policy
Vibe Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show" for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
late policy
Our stylists at Vibe Salon are willing to conduct redos or adjustments in the event that you are unhappy with the results of your hair service.
Please call the salon within two weeks of your service, and we can make small adjustments within that time frame.
REFUNDS
Vibe Salon does not offer refunds of any kind.
REDOS + ADJUSTMENTS
If you predict that you may be a few minutes late to your appointment, please call the salon and let us know your estimated arrival time. However, if you are 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
All attempts to reschedule will be made in a timely manner.
